Blog updated

I still haven't started on any of my goals yet, as I mentioned in my previous post I would start on 2nd of January 2012, but I just want to inform you, that I have updated the blog, and added a couple of pages; facts and goals (they can be found on the right side of the blog).

On the page facts you can read about me in numbers, such as weight and measurements, both starting out, and current (which I'm planning on updating every 2-3 weeks).
On the Goals page you can read about my goals, and see what I'm working on right now, what I have accomplished, and want to accomplish.

In the future, I will make a page called favourites, which will consist of favourite exercises and food recipes, but not until I have actually started the program, and tried different exercises and recipes. ;)

I am really looking forward to getting started with this change, and I hope you guys will help me through it, by motivating me from time to time. I want the change, but sometimes it can be hard, if you're on your own, which is also why I made this blog.
