Day 1

Day 1 is about to end for me, and here is my first real update about my lifestyle changes :)

I started the day early with preparing breakfast, 2 hardboiled eggs and a banana, and lunch, two pieces of Danish rye bread with butter and canned tuna in water. I only managed to eat the banana, as I had to hurry out the door to my first day of internship at a hospital..
We did get some bread with cheese at the hospital as a morning welcome, before starting the day. I ate my lunch and had 2 apples as snacks and for dinner I had some white rice with small sausages and green peas, tasted all right :)

I am starting to use the Gorilla Workout (GW) app as strength-training to begin with, and also tomorrow I am starting out with my 2.8k in 12min or less goal by running the 2.8k distance and check how my time is now, so I can compare it later.

As for my workout today with GW I had to do 4 sets of: 10 squats, 5 lunges, and 10 push-ups.. As I reached the end of that workout, I was starting to feel quite exhausted, which I'm guessing is the purpose.. At least with the philosophy I'm using, and what I've read about so far.

Tomorrow, when I have more time, as I don't have gymnastics, I am going to take notes of my measurements, and post them here as well :)
