Day 5 - TGIF

Today was the longest day of school / intern at the hospital, and I was looking forward to getting home and working out, and thinking Thank God It's Friday (TGIF) = easy day..
But I was wrong xD
Today's GWOD consisted of 10 rounds 3 exercises; clockwork jumps, leg lifts, and pull ups (though I did another exercise, as I didn't have a place to do pull ups.. So I did some Dumbbell Pullovers, as they also train the Latissimus Dorsi muscles, and the core muscles as well).
I was pretty surprised with the 10 rounds, even though there were few repetitions of the exercises per round. I even broke sweat today, which if I remember correctly is the first time really (except for the running).
It was a really good workout, and I have been looking forward to this kind of workouts :)

Breakfast today was some cereal I had, with some milk. Lunch was some whole-grain buns with some meat and cucumber pieces and some fruit. When I got home, I had an apple, and cleaned the apartment before making dinner; Spaghetti Bolognese, and it tasted delicious :)
