Friday's Workout

Friday's workout was really good.. I've finally bought a chin-up bar to put in the doorway, which I was able to try out yesterday, during the workout.
The workout consisted of Dumbbell squat press ups, Romanian deadlifts, dumbbell lunges, chin-ups, and dips. It was a really good workout, and it took about 20-30 minutes, with 30 seconds of rest between each set, and no break between each exercise.

The chin-ups in particular was really tough, as I haven't done any chin-ups for months, and haven't had a place to do chin-ups before. Chin-ups are really good, as they workout your entire body, because you really need to stabilise your entire core, so you don't swing in the bar, and you need to be in control of your body, to do them properly. So pretty much all your major muscle-groups in your arms, chest, stomach and back gets a workout.
I was supposed to do 4 sets of 6 chin-ups, and I have to admit that I could only do 3 full sets, and the 4th set, I needed to help myself with the last 3 chin-ups. So there's place for improvement :)

I think there should be chin-ups in every program, and they should be done at least once a week.
