Most Brutal Workout to date..

Weights similar to the ones I own
Yesterday I was doing the 2nd strength workout in the MAX Workouts and it was really tough. I think it's the most brutal workout I've had since I started this change back in beginning of January.
I felt really out of shape, and I have no idea how you should be able to do this program, with the recommended weight, if you're overweight, since I thought I was in an average state of physical fitness.

I started out with preparing the weights for the workout, and loaded the weights with approx. 20lbs, 5lbs less than the least recommended.
Afterwards I did a dynamic warm-up with 2-3 rounds of squats, push-ups, lunges with reach and twist, and pull ups, to get ready for the workout.

The workouts consisted of 4 exercises; Dumbbell push-up row, Dumbbell power hang clean, Dumbbell lunges, and Backwards lunges with alternative dumbbell press up. Again 5-6 rounds of these, and around 8 reps per exercise.
After the first round, I had to take off about 2.5lbs, as I had trouble doing the entire round without having a small break between the exercises.
I was able to do the following 4 exercises with good form, as the weights were a bit lighter, though my body was still burning afterwards, and just completed it in the allotted time of 30minutes.

To my surprise though, I'm not feeling any soreness today..
