7 out of 7

And it's time for another update.. Even though the title is a bit misleading..
First off, I have hit 7 workouts in 7 days, but not 7 workouts since my last update. 2 of the workouts are posted here, but here's an update from the last 5 days :)
So, on Wednesday, I did the 3B workout, which consists of Dumbbell One-arm Power Snatches, Dumbbell One-arm Push Jerks, and Box Jumps (substituted with Squat Jumps, as I didn't have a Box for it).
During the DB exercises, the focus were to be on speed of each rep, so the DBs weren't that heavy (only 15 lbs).
I also tried meditating for the first time in my life, but that's material for a post by itself, so stay tuned ;)

Thursday, I went for a run of 5k, and my personal goal, since I have a problem breathing during running, was to complete it in 25 minutes or less, and I managed to do it in 24m33s.. I felt pretty good, accomplishing the goal I had set, but my real goal is to do it in 20-21 minutes.
I also did the core workout from the MAX Workouts program, consisting of the Plank to Reach and Twist, Side Planks, and Medicine Ball Chops (though instead of a medicine ball, I used a 5 kg weight).

In the afternoon of the day, I had to go teach that class I mentioned in my previous post, and I wouldn't say it was a complete succes.. It wasn't a total failure, as we did get some props from our supervisor, but we only had 4 people to train, which felt a bit as a let down.
I think the program we've made for next Thursday will be better :)

On Friday, it was time for the 3C workout, which is 4 exercises, using the same DBs without putting them down, except for the rest in-between rounds.
The workout consists of the DB Romanian Deadlift, DB High Pulls, DB Squat Cleans, and Lunges with Alternating DB Press Ups.
Nice little workout, should perhaps have used heavier weights, as I didn't feel as exhausted as I use to afterwards.

Saturday, I went for a small hike with my girlfriend, since we both are in training for the Military. The hike was approximately 9.5k, and we did it in 1h42m. That is perhaps not the fastest time, for such a distance, but since we are training for the Military, we had loaded our backpacks with a bit of weight. She had around 11.5 kg and I had around 23 kgs (about 1/3 of my bodyweight), which is pretty decent, if you don't mind me saying.

Today, I was feeling kinda tired and beaten from yesterday's workout, and but I managed to get motivated by a community called Fitocracy, which I'll tell you all about in a future post, but I can tell you now, that they have a lot of quests, which motivated me to my workout today.
I did a lot of bodyweight exercises and a 3.5k run. I did pull ups, lunges, squats, crunches, bicycles (abs), push ups, and a few more..
