Exams, New Direction, and Update

All right, thought it was time for another update, as I haven't posted for a week now. Shame on me...
Well, I haven't been posting updates for a few reasons, one of them being that I've been busy. I've been studying for my Physiology exam, which is on the 11th, and I feel like I'm far from ready for it.

While studying for my exam in Physiology, I've been thinking about going into a new direction with my blog.
What I've been thinking, is to start writing less about my own workouts, and more about things others can actually use, such as a few of my previous posts; How To: Create you own Gym and Compound vs. Isolation exercises, or reviews like the Gorilla Workout App and Fitocracy.

My personal goals has not changed, I still want to get fit, but my goal for this blog has changed. My goal for the blog has now changed to deliver researched information about fitness and health, which you are able to apply to your own training.
My plan is to post information about Strength Training, Fat-loss, Cardio, Nutrition, and General Health.
I'm also planning on doing more reviews of various workouts and iPhone Apps.

Please let me know, what you think of this new direction, and whether or not you think it's a good or bad idea.


Just as a small side-note, I've been looking into Forefoot/Barefoot running, and also just recently got a pair of Vibram FiveFingers KSO. They are quite comfortable to wear, though I definitely have to get used to them.
