I'm back - kind of..

I'm back, after a few months of hiatus..

Let me apologize for not having written anything for a couple of months now, but it's not because I've been relaxing on the couch watching tv or partying all night every night, no I've spent and am currently spending much of my waking hours doing an internship at a Physical Therapy Clinic.
I'm done with the internship later this month, so when November hits, I'll be able to spend some more time on the blog.

My plan is to publish 1 or 2 articles per month after I finish my internship. There will be posts about workout ideas, nutrition (bulking/cutting), and much more.
